Hi I'm Julie!
I'm married and a mother of 4. When my children were younger I stayed home with them full time. I quickly saw my habits playout from my own childhood, I knew I wanted to change for my children. Coaching provided a nurturing place to learn and grow.

As I began my learning, triggers became a place of discovery. I thought, "why has no one told me this?!" This new knowledge has continued to empower me in parenting, relationships, and everyday interactions.
