I feel alone as I try to figure out all of the complex steps to bring my dreams to life; I need a support system but don't know where to find one
I am constantly juggling work, my family, and my dreams. And I'd also love to have friends and somehow fit in self-care. It's so overwhelming. How can I do it all?
It's disheartening not seeing many women thriving as they pursue their Dreams. Having more visible role models who believe it is possible to bring their dreams to life and also have other dimensions to their life would make it easier to envision my own success and balance. If they can do it, I can do it!
I've been to networking events where relationships are already established or each person is so focused on their own needs; it feels like there's no way to genuinely connect with others and have opportunities to connect
There are 50 things I'm supposed to do next, but I don't have the skills to do 49 of them! How can I learn everything I need to know?
Finding a mentor is impossible. It's frustrating that there aren't more opportunities for women like me to connect with experienced mentors who understand our struggles.
I have cracked the code! But how do I get people to hear about and buy my product? It would make their lives so much better!

We meet bi-weekly to connect for an hour - maybe the only hour each of us has all week - that is totally focused on our growth, our vision for who we want to become, and authentically sharing our deeper human experiences with other women. Or expressing our creativity or choosing to take a risk with an adventure challenge.
Quarterly, we weave our signature transformational book club into our TSB Tuesday community connection. These discussions are curated to create a shift in your mindset and growth and provide practices and prompts to support growth throughout the rest of your week.
Our gatherings are honest, intimate, hilarious and creative! If you have been looking to connect more deeply with women from all generations who show up and connect more deeply with their truest selves and their dreams, this community is for you.

Glow Talks
Our signature connection nights create meaningful experiences with other women where we share our journeys toward becoming our truest selves. Actions to apply to our personal lives are always included so we can shine and feel supported between sessions!

Our community experience is different. We intentionally incorporate mulit-sensory experiences that help you explore new ideas in a multitude of different ways.
We don't all learn exactly the same way, so we don't want to provide you with only one way to experience a new topic or idea that we are introducing.
Multi-sensory experiences may include:

Can I try out the Empower HER Dreams Collective before I purchase a membership?
Absolutely! We would love for you to attend one of our live sessions and see if our collective of ambitious and supportive women who are committed to pursuing their dreams is a great fit for you. All memberships include a 14 day free trial with access to all of our experiences and resources during that time so you can make the most empowered decision for you!
If I am unable to attend a session, will I still have access to the resources and experience?
We will miss you! And we will have recordings of all Empower HER Network + Knowledge Sessions and Empower HER Social + Emotional Well-Being sessions with links that will be distributed to all collective members for viewing following each session so you know you will still have access to the valuable content, resources, and experiences.
Can I expense my Collective Membership to my Employer?
Yes! Many women have access to a professional development stipend via their employer. If your company requires any additional information about how an Empower HER Dreams Collective membership will support you in your leadership development and hitting your quarterly goals at work, please reach out directly to our team and we will provide you with the information you need to help you gain approval to expense your membership.

Are all of your events virtual?
We are launching Empower HER Dreams Collective in 2024 as a national organization. That means that the majority of our events and experiences are virtual so all of our members can attend. We are excited to host in-person pop-up and retreat sessions throughout the year as well that will be open to all members. Our dream is to launch local chapters around the world as our members feel inspired to connect in person, impact their own communities, and spread the spirit of inspiring and growing each others' dreams. WHAT WAS YOUR BIGGEST LEARNING?
"While some things are better left unsaid, I’ve found that by not expressing my needs at that time, whatever it is..it’s bound to come back again, all the while “festering” (lol word of the day) inside. But when I look at it as related to envy, there’s a shift in perception about “what am I envious of?” and that alone can change my approach. Resentment seems deeper..like you’re envious not because you want “whatever”…you just don’t want the others person to have it."

"This week watching the HBO series brought my biggest discovery yet. As Brené taught about resentment. That it's part of the envy family, not anger. I was struck with the realization that longing and needs live in deep beneath resentment. It brought on a wave of grief. A sacred moment to notice what unspoken desires have been missed. The love and possibility that wanted to see the light, instead losing the battle before it started. Noticing resentment has become a welcome friend to me. It provokes me to ask, what is wanted? What am I needing? Am I willing to take the risk to bring it to the light for myself and others to see?"
